Samples

  • We take pride in the work we do, and you will see the difference when you have samples of our work in your hands.
  • We don’t expect you to take our word for it; we will send you samples of our work so you can see the Thin Metal Parts difference.

Capabilities all in-house

  • Chemical etching, electroforming, laser cutting, mylar imaging, and the ability to combine different capabilities for highly complex designs
  • Thin Metal Parts has the ability and the experience to develop many different parts, just ask if we can do it. We can provide you with the parts you desire at your required specs and if we cannot, we will let you know.
  • All tooling is created in-house, in the same building. Thin Metal Parts has a controlled environment, which ensures the tools created do not warp or expand, and has complete control over the timeline.

Quick response and streamlined process

  • React quickly
      • Thin Metal Parts has a lot of capabilities, as well as the ability to react quickly.
      • When you call, we answer.
  • Quickly get answers
      • No need to wait days or weeks to get answers to your project questions.
  • Knowledgeable salespeople
      • Your project won’t be delayed while waiting for an engineer to sign off/look at a project.
      • The Thin Metal Parts salespeople have engineering training and have the ability to answer your engineering questions and needs.

Parts tracking and records

  • Thin Metal Parts has systems in place to track all manufactured parts.
  • The information from projects can be recalled years after a project has been completed.
  • ISO Certified since 1997
  • ITAR Certified

Quality Control

  • Thin Metal Parts utilizes an Automated Vision System to ensure quality control.
  • The Automated Vision System will measure every piece of the manufactured part, recording and storing the information.
  • Quality control checks are conducted for every project. We perform either 100% checks or batch checks with the Automated Vision System, or manual checks depending on your requirements.
  • In-house tooling ensures all parts are precise because the tool did not get exposed to outside environments. This results in a warped tool and imprecise parts. Bad tools will result in bad parts.
  • Thin Metal Parts controls the process and quality from start to finish, resulting in highly precise, quality parts.
  • Thin Metal Parts is dedicated to increasing the precision we provide our clients.

With over 26 years providing quality precision parts, Thin Metal Parts has continually perfected the work we do, always striving to provide superior quality to our clients. You will see from our samples that Thin Metal Parts is the parts fabrication partner you need.

Using three different technologies, custom metal parts can be built for thousands of applications for a large variety of industries. By combining multiple technology options, a hybrid precision part, unavailable anywhere else in the global marketplace, can be custom manufactured.

Thin Metal Parts regularly works with the aerospace, computer, and electronic industries to build custom precision parts used in industrial and consumer goods applications... parts such as metal encoder wheels, metal mesh, and print heads. In addition, custom parts are developed daily in research and development as the design/process engineer group teams with customers to develop prototypes and production items in medical, manufacturing, and scientific instrument sectors.

All products are custom manufactured to meet customer needs and specifications, including DFARS and RoHS compliance. These quick-turn, cost-effective, low tooling cost processes offer excellent production alternatives to traditional fabrication methods for metal parts in high volumes and prototyping.
